Please be aware that none of the compensatory mechanism or general tort liability proceedings is applicable if the violation and damage are caused by other bodies involved in criminal proceedings than the prison administration (police, prosecutors, courts etc.). There are other specific proceedings if you complain and claim compensation for violation of the right to liberty or the right to reasonable length of the trial.
