Nobody is entitled to a state-paid lawyer to represent or assist with an application to the Constitutional Court.
Neither the Constitutional Court nor the Moldovan state will provide a lawyer, or pay for lawyer’s services.
If there is a need in a lawyer, the persons entitled to address to the Constitutional Court have to take into account that they will have to pay for these services themselves.
