How to complain

You have the right to complain if you believe that decisions of the local guardian authority during a child’s adoption procedure, such as a refusal to grant you the status of an adopter, to allow you to take a child into care, a negative adoption notice or in deciding to give up your child for adoption without your consent, or a civil court’s refusal to confirm adoption, are unlawful and have, therefore, violated your right to a private and family life, or any other human rights.
